Account Perks
Log In and Claim Your Reload, October 2026
Claim the weekday reload, the weekly cashback and the VIP upgrade your account already qualifies for.
JOKAVAGAIN — 60% up to A$110
Add A$25 or more at the cashier on a weekday and JOKAVAGAIN adds 60% on top, up to A$110, with 40x wagering on the bonus and five days to clear it.
JOKAVSHIELD — 10% cashback
Enter JOKAVSHIELD in your profile for 10% of your weekly deposits returned, up to A$1,000, on a A$20 minimum and only 1x wagering on the cashback.
No-Code VIP Upgrade
Climb the VIP tiers and a 20% upgrade with no wagering arrives in your account on its own, with no code to type at any point.
Your Code Applied
Enter the Code Where It Belongs
Follow the same order our cashier expects, so the code lands on the right deposit.
Jokaviproom Casino Code Shortlist
Scan the table and pick one code for the account you hold. Note the minimum deposit, the wagering and the slot each code names, because they differ.
Jokaviproom Casino Sign-Up Form
Open the sign-up form and type your name and date of birth exactly as your passport or licence shows them. Mismatches stall verification later on.
A Clean Typed Code
Paste the code into the code field with no spaces and mind the capital letters. The field only accepts a code while the cashier shows it.
A Deposit That Counts
Fund the account with at least the amount the code asks and leave Skrill out where the code excludes it. A short deposit leaves the bonus unclaimed.
Clear the Wagering First
Play the wagering on the allowed slots at or under the maximum bet. Watch the countdown on the bonus, since unused wagering expires with it.
Growing Value
Your Welcome Run, Step by Step
The welcome path opens with free spins and grows once you deposit, so each step stacks on the last. Our worked example turns turnover into a realistic expectation rather than a promise.

Code Triage
Code Rejected, Not Lost
You will have found the one reason your code was refused and the next step that clears it.
Upload Your Three Documents
Until your identity, address and payment method are confirmed, a code will bounce. Send the three documents through the profile section and the code will go through afterwards.
Open Your Bonus History
Every code works once per player, so a second attempt on a used code fails by design. Check the bonus history in your profile before you blame the code.
Before or After the Payment
Copy JOKAVENTRY into the cashier field before you confirm the payment, not after it clears. A code typed on the next screen has missed its window.
Jokaviproom Casino New-Player Codes
Jokaviproom Casino splits its codes by audience, so JOKAVENTRY and JOKAVREELS belong to new accounts only. Reload and cashback codes need an account that already has a deposit history.
A Full Bonus on A$25
JOKAVENTRY needs A$12 in and JOKAVAGAIN needs A$25, so a token payment leaves the field empty. Top up to the minimum on the code card and enter it again.
Why Did Support Need the Time?
Write to [email protected] with the code, the amount and the minute you tried it, and live chat gives an answer around the clock. Support can see the attempt on your account.

Four Ways a Code Fails
Small Slips That Cost the Bonus
Settle the worry that one wrong bet or one missing document wipes the bonus out.
Jokaviproom Casino Bet Cap
Push a single bet past the maximum bet and the wagering stops counting, so the whole bonus can be pulled back before you finish.

Jokaviproom Casino Document Check
Try to withdraw before the account is verified and the payout waits on documents, however far the wagering has already run.

When the Bonus Stays Put
Because the welcome bonus is sticky, the bonus amount itself stays behind and only winnings built from it can leave the account.

Did the Code Miss the Deposit?
Type the code after the deposit rather than in the cashier first and the payment is processed without it, leaving a plain deposit.

Code In Hand, Stop Button Ready
Taking a bonus code commits you to nothing beyond its wagering, and you can stop whenever you like. Set deposit limits, loss limits and session reminders in your profile, and reach Gambling Help Online, Lifeline Australia or Gamblers Anonymous Australia when play stops feeling like a choice.
Deposit Limits. A cap on what you can pay in per day, week or month keeps a code hunt from turning into a bigger budget.
Self-Exclusion. A break from 24 hours to six months freezes your account and every code with it, no argument needed.
Loss Limits. A loss ceiling over a set period ends the chase, and a session reminder tells you when the clock runs out.
Use this block when a code needs a deposit, a spin balance or a winnings cap clarified.
accountWhat happens when I take spins without depositing?+
Typing JOKAVREELS at registration hands you 40 spins on Gonzo's Quest at A$0.10 each, with no payment up front. Spins stay live for one day and winnings must be wagered 45 times within three days. The most you can take out is A$50.
accountWhere is the code with no wagering attached?+
Scanning the code list, the lowest wagering sits on JOKAVSHIELD at once. It returns a tenth of losses as cashback, though A$1 wagering per A$1 of cashback still applies. Nothing in the line-up arrives with zero playthrough attached.
accountWhy should I skip a code box I already filled?+
Declining is simpler than reversing. Skip the code box before confirming a deposit and no bonus is attached. If one is already locked in, message support before you play the credit, since betting into it usually commits you to the terms.
accountWhy is my payout locked after claiming a match?+
Clear the wager first, then the cashier opens. JOKAVENTRY demands 40 times the bonus, so a A$20 top-up on the 100% match means A$800 of turnover. Expect roughly A$32 lost at a 96% return, and finish inside 59 days.
accountCan I enter a code once my account is open?+
Yes, as long as the code is meant for a funded account. JOKAVAGAIN, JOKAVSHIELD and JOKAVELITE all sit behind the cashier or the profile page for signed-in members. New-player offers, by contrast, are claimed at sign-up or on a first payment.
accountCan I run two promotions side by side?+
Stacking rarely works here. Each promotion runs on its own conditions, and a second code generally has to wait until the first is played through or expired. Check the cashier prompt before adding funds if two offers overlap.
accountWhen does the licence behind these codes expire?+
Trading under Jokaviproom Casino N.V., company number 869316, the casino holds Curaçao licence OGL/2006/2619/123 from the Gaming Control Board Curaçao. Read those details before you accept any credit. Play is restricted to adults of 18 and over.
