You will know which cause applies to your account and what to fix first.
Skrill Instead Of Card
Spins tied to a deposit do not unlock when the deposit was made with Skrill. Pay another way, or contact support and they can check the offer on your account.
Confirmation Unlocks The Offer
Spins without deposit need a confirmed phone number and identity first. Complete the check in your account, then reopen the bonus section and the offer appears.
Already Claimed Here
The no-deposit spins are once per player and once per household. Check your bonus history for an earlier claim; a second account will not receive them again.
Activation You Skipped
A code only reserves the offer; the spins stay inactive until you tap activate in the bonus section. Open it, choose the offer and confirm before you open the slot.

BGaming
Book of Cats
Book of Cats by BGaming takes the 241 welcome spins at 0.10 each, and its simple reels suit long sessions. 241 free spins · New Player Bundle · Deposit 1
Gonzo's Quest from NetEnt carries the 40 no-deposit spins at 0.10 each, with tumbling reels that keep the small stack moving. 40 free spins · Spins Free
Mermaid's Millions by Microgaming hands over 25 spins at 0.20 each every Saturday, a step up in value for the same effort. 25 free spins · Weekend Spins · Saturday
Joker 10000 from Kajot brings 125 spins at 0.10 each every Sunday, and the extra volume keeps the reels turning. 125 free spins · Weekend Spins · Sunday
The house keeps its terms written plainly, and so does this block.
What The Factor Applies To
Winnings from the welcome spins are bonus money with a 40x wagering requirement on the bonus. The no-deposit winnings carry 45x on the winnings themselves.
Papers Before Payout?
Before the first withdrawal, send proof of identity, proof of address and confirmation of your payment method. Jokaviproom Casino checks accounts and this step usually takes around 23 hours.
Bonus Balance, Not Cash
Nothing lands in cash straight from a spin: the amount is credited as bonus and sits in that balance. Only the part you clear through wagering turns into withdrawable money.
Bet Ceiling While Clearing
While you wager the bonus, keep single bets at A$6 or under on the welcome spins and A$3 on the no-deposit ones. A larger bet can void the winnings you built.
Term Check
Activation First, Withdrawal Later
The no-deposit code brings 40 spins at 0.10 each on Gonzo's Quest, and the term most players miss is the A$50 cap on winnings.

What Are These Free Spins Worth In Cash?
Each row multiplies spins by the value of one spin, applies the slot RTP for an expected win, then shows the wagering on that win. All amounts are estimates.

Do Spins Mean You Must Keep Going?
Spins landing in your account never oblige you to keep playing, and no offer requires another deposit to collect what already sits there. Deposit limits, loss limits and session reminders are set in your account; Gambling Help Online, Lifeline Australia and Gamblers Anonymous Australia take it from there.
Self-Exclusion. Closes your account for a chosen stretch of time, with no way back in until that period ends.
Deposit Limits. Caps what you can put in over a day, week or month before the next payment is refused.
Session Time Reminders. Pings you at set intervals so the clock stays visible and you can decide to stop on your own terms.
The steps below cover activation days, the right slot and the wagering, so nothing expires unseen.
Minus The Deposit, Or With It?
Start at the offer table and pick a line: the code entry spins need a deposit of A$12, the reel code needs nothing. Match the slot name to the winnings you can use.
Details From The Document
Register with the name and birth date exactly as printed on your identity document. Spins without a deposit can stall until the phone number or the identity is confirmed.
Paste The Code In First
Open the bonus section of the account, or type the code of the offer into its field, inside the activation days. A code pasted outside those days simply bounces back.
Only The Named Slot Counts
Load the slot named beside your offer and only that one, because the spins will not open anywhere else. Each one plays at its recorded value, not at your chosen bet.
Straight Talk
Skim The Six Below First
Handy the minute a spin offer leaves you guessing about timing, winnings or eligibility.
accountWhat if I never confirm my e-mail or finish verification?+
Then the extra spins tied to those steps stay locked. Filling in your profile brings 25 spins on Rise Of Maya, confirming the e-mail brings 25 on 40 Burning Hot, and passing verification brings 10 on Ocean Rush.
accountDo I need to wager winnings before I withdraw?+
Yes. Spins pay in bonus money, so the no-deposit batch is wagered 45 times before anything leaves. The cashout on it stops at A$50, and the smallest withdrawal the casino sends is A$36.
accountHow long does it take to reach 300 spins?+
The 300-spin ceiling sits on the fifth VIP level, and reaching it takes play across the levels through the cycle. Those spins then carry 20 times wagering.
accountWhy should I trust the spins here at all?+
Because the casino runs under a Gaming Control Board Curaçao licence, number OGL/2006/2619/123, held by Jokaviproom Casino N.V. The games are tested by QUINEL, GLI and BMM Testlabs, so payouts follow audited reels.
accountWhere do I claim the no-deposit spins alongside the welcome?+
Both sit in the same account and nothing in the terms forces a choice. Take the no-deposit batch first with its code, then the 241 welcome spins once a deposit of A$12 or more lands.
accountWhen can I move my spins to a different slot?+
Never. Each batch is tied to the slot named in its terms, so the no-deposit spins run only on Gonzo's Quest and the welcome spins only on Book of Cats, at the value fixed for each.
